An IT Managed Service Provider is seeking a proactive ICT Managed Service Engineer in the Metropolitan Borough of Solihull. The role involves providing hands-on technical support at partner schools, ensuring smooth IT system operations. Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 support required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 is an advantage.
  • Experience with application and desktop deployment is favorable.

  • Respond to end‑user requests and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Monitor, diagnose and fix ICT system issues.
  • Carry out day‑to‑day support tasks such as password resets.
  • Generate reports for customers and update Service Desk tickets.
  • Collaborate with 3rd line engineers to help resolve complex issues.

You will be based onsite at one of their partner schools in London, delivering hands‑on technical support and ensuring the smooth running of IT systems for staff and students.
