Overview

IT Support Engineer – Southampton HQ.

4 On, 4 Off Working Pattern - Hybrid working upon completion of Induction.

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer who will help support internal systems around telephony, Microsoft 360, and predominantly Windows Desktops. The company delivers software services to a number of retailers with the top level expectations from the service desk team to help keep faults and problems to a minimal level.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an IT help desk service for the company to obtain assistance with their IT issues.
  • Be able to identify areas for improvement.
  • Supporting Clients with IT Technical resolution.
  • Supporting performance and other IT related issues when they are called into the support desk team.
  • Answer telephone, web and email inquiries to faults and problems relating to the customers IT needs.
Preferred Skills
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and the provision of IT support services
  • Microsoft Virtual Desktop
  • Understanding of SQL Databases
  • Experience working with Bespoke software
