Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience working in an IT Support role.
  • Experience leading and managing a team in a support environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users through analysis and resolution of technical problems.
  • Ensure SLA compliance across Service Desk and act as first point of escalation.
  • Document all activities in Service Management Tool (ServiceNow).
  • Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding of users.
