Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop and server administration.
  • Experience with Exchange server administration.

  • Perform diagnostic and root cause analysis.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.

Overview

We are a recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a successful and growing company based in St Albans. Our client is one of the leading players in their field, they're a friendly, sociable company with a relaxed yet professional atmosphere.

  • Salary: Up to £38k depending on experience
  • Hours: Mon-Fri, 7.30-4pm/9am-5.30pm, 1 in 3 days on the early shift.
  • Option to work from home 1 day per week after training period.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support to internal and external users
  • Prioritise and respond to tickets that come from multiple channels such as email, phone, chat and walk-ups
  • Communicating with customers to help them resolve any technical issues
  • Perform diagnostic and route cause analysis
  • Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks, including installing, configuring, and patching computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
