What You’ll Do:

The IT Support Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to end users across a hybrid environment, ensuring the smooth operation of desktops, laptops, and core business applications. This role is critical in maintaining user productivity by resolving incidents promptly, managing user accounts and access, and supporting connectivity and security tools.

Working closely with infrastructure and systems teams, the Desktop Support Specialist acts as the first point of contact for technical issues, providing hands-on troubleshooting and remote assistance while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and occasional project work.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience in IT desktop support or a similar technical support role within a corporate environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting both Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Exposure to hybrid working environments and remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
