A well-established organisation is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join its team based in Central London. This is an office-based role and previous experience working for a professional services business is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for support requests via phone, email and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and escalate complex technical issues as required.
• Support remote workforce and assist in the maintenance of IT equipment such as laptops and desktops.
• Manage software applications and support Windows virtual and physical server management.
• Liaise with MSPs where required.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting Windows 10/11 client environments, Office 365, Azure and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of servers, desktops and laptops, with familiarity with network protocols and hardware troubleshooting.
• Proven experience delivering 1st and 2nd line support.
