Our client is a Cloud Technology Solutions Provider based in London & Warrington. This opportunity will start as a short term 1-month internship based in Warrington. This vacancy has the potential to be extended and to be made permanent.

**Requirements**
As you will be working on Government Contracts, this role will require the following checks:

  • BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance - arranged by us
  • British Passport Holder, minimum 5 years

  • Helping staff with everyday IT issues (like login problems or broken kit)
  • Setting up devices like laptops, monitors, and phones for new starters
  • Logging and updating support tickets
  • Speaking to users and supporting them in person or over the phone
  • Working alongside our IT team to solve problems and learn as you go
The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:
  • A keen interest in IT and technology.
  • Experience in customer service is advantageous, though not required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products, such as Word, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
