About the Role

Looking for a skilled and proactive IT Service Delivery Analyst to provide frontline IT support within a busy technical environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, supporting end users, and contributing to wider IT service delivery.

You’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues, working hands-on with hardware, software, and first-line network support. The role offers the chance to work in a complex, highly regulated environment with exposure to modern IT practices and the opportunity to develop your expertise further.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support across hardware, software, networks, and local site systems (including telecoms, servers, and applications).
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, applications, and core infrastructure.
  • Manage incidents and service requests in line with SLAs, escalating complex issues where necessary.
  • Coordinate IT procurement and vendor relationships, maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Support testing, deployment, and project-based initiatives while ensuring compliance with IT standards and frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
About You
  • Degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant technical support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals across hardware, software, and networks.
  • IT certifications (CompTIA, MCP, MCSE, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems, and adapt to changing technologies.
