As a trusted hiring partner to this leading international bank for over 15 years, we have been asked to assist with the hire of a senior Operational Resilience professional to lead critical resilience, continuity, and crisis management initiatives across the UK operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the bank's Incident Management planning & testing programme.

• Lead incident response, horizon scanning, and tabletop exercises.

• Ensure resilience frameworks meet major regulatory standards (FFIEC, OCC, FRB).

• Drive process and policy improvements across BC, DR and IM functions.

• Partner with senior stakeholders across Security, Tech, DR and BC teams.

• Manage audits, regulatory reviews, and contract negotiations.

• Lead and develop a small team of IM / Resilience experts.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years' experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, or operational resilience - ideally within financial services.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FFIEC, OCC, FINRA, FRB).

• Certified professional (ABCP, CBCP, MBCP, MBCI or similar).

• Excellent influencing, stakeholder & project management skills.

• Background in finance, risk, or emergency management preferred.
