A leading insurance firm based in London is looking for an IT Project Manager to deliver key projects in the Claims and Operations space. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery, manage budgets, and maintain stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities include developing business cases and ensuring smooth transitions into day-to-day operations. This permanent role offers a hybrid working environment and a competitive benefits package.

The purpose of this role is to support the end to end delivery of IT projects. This includes all aspects of project delivery from scoping to embedding with the customer using QBE methodologies and processes. The incumbent must be able to understand and raise awareness of business vision, strategy, goals and tactics in IT, and share IT vision, strategy and goals in their assigned business projects.

The Opportunity
QBE Europe are recruiting a Project Manager to join our team on a full time, permanent basis focusing on change in the Claims and Operations space.
You will be responsible for planning, executing and overseeing key projects or workstreams within a larger programme of work. You will manage cross-functional teams and vendors and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. These projects usually cost in the region of £1-2m, some more technically focused than others. All require clear communication and careful management of any changes.
