A leading online marketplace in Greater London is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead their IT team. The role involves overseeing IT systems and delivering solutions that drive productivity and a great user experience. We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on IT manager to lead Depop's IT team. The team is focused on delivering and managing the tools, solutions, and support that drive productivity, efficiency, and a great user experience for all Depop employees across the UK and US.
As a manager, you will be responsible for the success, wellbeing, and effectiveness of our team of IT professionals, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our IT systems and services. You will play a key role in overseeing and enhancing Depop's information technology systems, creating and executing on a roadmap, and driving strategic initiatives to support the company's growth and innovation. This role will report to the Director of Engineering.
The ideal candidate will be capable of leading and working alongside a multidisciplinary IT team, and will bring experience in: help desk support, audio‑visual management, systems administration, networking, workflow automation, software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) management, identity and access management, and regulatory compliance. You'll partner with people across the business, and our Engineering, People, and Workplace teams in particular.
