About the role

This is a full-time role based onsite at our manufacturing facility in Ipswich, Suffolk.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of technology required to support the operations of the TSV Enterprise including hardware and software upgrades and support of operations and administration of company functions across all sites.
  • Oversee the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure to include the directing of vendors to accomplish key tasks.
  • Provide disaster recovery support, troubleshooting, and system recovery, as needed.
  • Engage with third party vendors and higher-level support such as enterprise IT teams to provide support for operations, systems, and products.
  • Engage users in the advancement of technology systems and solutions to include working with a variety of teams and groups to help research, implement, and support systems.
  • Offer recommendations and innovative solutions, including AI-driven approaches where applicable, to enhance support systems and operational tasks, while maximising the use of existing resources.
  • Manage the procurement, inventory, and operational readiness of IT supplies and assets, including oversight of cloud service expenditures to ensure cost-effective and efficient resource utilisation.
  • Ensure that the systems are maintained responsibly while also performing monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of systems and key processes.
  • Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued.
About You

As an IT Infrastructure Analyst, we would ask you to bring the following skills and experience:

  • Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
  • 3 or more years of experience would be desirable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Azure, VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, and Linux.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and innovation, including exploring AI-driven or automated solutions to improve infrastructure efficiency.
