A leading training provider in the UK is seeking an IT Helpdesk Apprentice to join their support team. In this hands-on role, you will assist clients with technical issues and gain valuable experience while working toward a Level 3 IT Support Technician Apprenticeship. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients.
  • Log and manage support requests through help desk system.
  • Set up and configure PCs and devices.

Education
