Job Vacancy: IT & Facilities Support Assistant

We are seeking a proactive IT & Facilities Support Assistant to join our Aberdeen team. This role is ideal for someone with strong IT and organisational skills who enjoys a varied workload, supporting both our digital systems and our facilities operations.

About The Role

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our IT systems and the maintenance of our office and workshop facilities. Working closely with the Facilities, IT & Roadworks Permit Manager, you’ll provide 1st-line IT support, help manage supplier relationships, and coordinate maintenance activities across our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line IT support to office and site teams.
  • Assist in managing and developing company IT systems, including NAV and the WMD Reflow App.
  • Liaise with third-party IT providers and monitor compliance with licences and service agreements.
  • Generate and analyse reports using Excel and NAV data.
  • Support the purchase and setup of new IT equipment.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections for company buildings and facilities.
  • Obtain quotations for maintenance and project works.
  • Promote best practices in health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across your area of responsibility.
Essential Requirements
