This position sits within one of our Value Streams, which cover areas such as Customer Management, Regulatory & Key Systems, Work & Asset Management, Data & Analytics, GIS & Mobility, SMART & Network Visibility, and Transmission.
In this role, you'll provide IT leadership and drive continuous improvement within an Agile delivery environment. You'll lead teams, remove blockers, and ensure projects align with business goals, focusing on flexibility, collaboration, and on-time delivery. From planning and coordinating projects to facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing budgets, timelines, and resources, you'll be at the heart of delivering critical IT initiatives that support our regulatory and operational commitments.
This is an opportunity to lead technology transformation projects that contribute to a £20-30 million annual capex programme, working with multi-disciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders across SPEN and the wider Iberdrola Group. If you're passionate about delivering value at speed, promoting continuous improvement, and shaping the future of energy through technology, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for someone with proven experience in managing complex Agile projects, delivering enterprise IT systems, and driving successful outcomes to time and budget. You'll have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, DevOps practices, and IT lifecycle management, combined with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ability to influence and collaborate at senior levels, foster trust across teams, and manage change effectively will be key to your success.
