IPS Service Manager

Salary : £45,510 – £51,386

Location : Hampshire

Contract : Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced IPS & Supported Employment Service Manager to lead high-performing teams and drive exceptional delivery across our IPS programme.

In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage Team Leaders, and ensure services meet the IPS fidelity model , performance targets, and quality standards. You’ll build strong partnerships with NHS mental health teams , employment providers, referral partners and national stakeholders, ensuring the service is fully integrated and continuously improving.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead IPS & Supported Employment delivery, ensuring fidelity to all IPS principles
  • Manage and develop staff performance, practice and wellbeing
  • Build effective relationships with NHS teams, commissioners and external partners
  • Drive operational performance, KPIs, quality and compliance
  • Use data and MI to identify risks, inform decisions and improve outcomes
  • Promote the service and contribute to external evaluations and innovation
