The opportunity

This is a full-time on-site role for an established business in Altrincham. The invoice administrator will handle daily tasks such as preparing, verifying, and processing the invoices accurately and efficiently. Additional responsibilities include, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal departments to resolve discrepancies. The role will involve ensuring compliance with company policies and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess
  • Strong skills in invoicing, account reconciliation, and financial record-keeping
  • Be proficient in dealing with a Dealer Management System
  • Have effective time management & organisational abilities, with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Possess the ability to work collaboratively in an office environment
  • Experience in working with Plant Machinery would be a distinct advantage
