You will support fundraising efforts, respond to due diligence questions, and maintain client relationships. Qualifications

Overview

An exciting opportunity to join a small IR team at a mid-market buy-out focused private equity firm.

Responsibilities
  • Working with the IR and investment team to create and update fundraising materials
  • Working with the relevant internal teams to respond to all DDQs and ad hoc requests
  • Maintaining CRM (Salesforce) to capture interactions and track pipeline
  • Roadshow planning, onsite DD meeting preparation, conference planning;
  • Establishing and maintaining the data room
  • Preparation of quarterly reporting, regular fund updates and AGM/LPAC materials.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years experience in investor relations, investment banking, or at a placement agent/Private funds group
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills; strong Excel / PowerPoint / Word proficiency
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to multi-task
