• You will build this product for yourself and the rest of Europe.
• Experience shipping customer experiences in fintech or a regulated domain is essential.
• Ability to translate compliance requirements into product logic is required.
• Strong UX judgment is necessary to create both beginner and expert paths.
• Comfort with data, models, queries, and systems is expected.
• Define meaningful metrics and make evidence-based decisions.
• Craft propositions resonating with diverse European customer segments.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, regulatory realities, and market insight into clear product propositions.
• Own flows and details that build confidence and speed.
• Localise products for real markets incorporating tax logic and UX.
• Partner tightly with Design and Engineering to scope and ship.
• Measure performance and prove what works.
