• Previous experience in a financial services organisation with understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Financial qualifications desirable but not required (IOC, IMC, CII).
• Experience in a similar role desirable but not required.

• Settle stock and cash transactions.
• Process VCT buybacks.
• Manage applications processing.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks.
