Shift patterns: 37.5 hours Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Support the customer with inventory requests and queries including hold code management processes
• Produce reports using Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
• Testing systems and verifying location accuracy to maintain data integrity
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow and customer satisfaction

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Proven experience in stock control within a co-pack or warehouse environment
• Excellent attention to detail with strong numeracy and analytical skills for data reporting
• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems; experience with Blue Yonder or Nulogy is desirable
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with multiple external customers
• Effective communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
