We're supporting our client in hiring a highly organised and proactive Interview Scheduler & HR Administrator to join the People team on an interim basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordination work, and is confident managing multiple moving parts. You'll play a key role in supporting hiring processes, scheduling interviews, maintaining people data, and delivering excellent admin support across the HR function.

The Role

In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for coordinating interview scheduling across busy diaries, supporting with manual administrative processes, and helping the team run smoothly through a period of high activity. You'll need to be highly organised, detail-focused, and able to quickly figure things out independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones, managing diaries manually and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Act as the central point of contact for hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates regarding scheduling and logistics.
  • Support general HR administration, including maintaining people records, updating systems, and supporting documentation workflows.
  • Assist with data entry and upkeep of the People database and ATS.
  • Deliver accurate and timely admin support, ensuring processes run efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot scheduling challenges and proactively resolve issues independently.
  • Support ad‑hoc People team tasks as needed during peak periods.
About You
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working manually with diaries and schedules – able to manage complexity without relying on automated tools.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to figure things out quickly with minimal supervision.
  • Confident working with people data and maintaining accuracy.
  • Previous experience using an ATS or People database (desirable).
  • Workday experience is a bonus but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Previous experience in interview coordination or HR/recruitment admin preferred.
