Intermediate Electrical Building Services Designer - London

My client is a well-established, multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy with projects spanning the UK and Europe. They deliver expertise across engineering, architecture, surveying, urban design, sustainability, and project management, working on schemes from small works through to contracts exceeding £200m across sectors including residential, commercial, education, health, infrastructure, and transport. They are now looking for an Intermediate Electrical Building Services Designer to join their London team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years\' experience who is keen to further their career, work on diverse projects, and play an important role in the growth of the electrical engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing designs for the full range of building services
  • Contributing to health and safety plans and compliance
  • Delivering surveys, reports, feasibility studies, and technical assessments
  • Supporting energy strategies and ensuring Part L compliance
  • Preparing planned maintenance specifications and overseeing contract management
  • Maintaining client relationships and supporting business development
  • Assisting with fee proposals and client negotiations
  • Contributing to the development of team members and succession planning
