Job description

Denton Corker Marshall LLP has offices in London and Manchester in the UK and currently works in the hospitality and residential sector.

We are seeking talented and experienced Project Interior Architects for hospitality interior projects. They should have good design sensibilities, a keen eye for detail, and proven experience across all RIBA stages, particularly at detailed design and construction stages. The ideal candidate will have experience in detail co‑ordination with the interior design team, ideally from concept stage through to completion and possess hands‑on experience with UK‑based projects and site work. Experience of working on existing buildings and producing an NBS Specification would be beneficial. The selected candidate will report and work in the London office with the Partner and the Project Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop interior design and technical packages using Revit
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, managing input from consultants and clients
  • Oversee the delivery of projects through all RIBA stages
  • Support the creative vision with practical, buildable solutions reviewed by the Project Associate
  • Participate in client project reviews and lead project team members to achieve detailed package information.
  • Support the continual improvement of the practice’s quality management system and contribute to the delivery of high‑standard services
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 3/4+ years post‑graduate experience in a similar role
  • Strong project running abilities with proven time management skills
  • Proven ability to deliver projects from detailed design through to completion, including snagging and defect resolution
  • Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations, British Standards, and statutory procedures
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and client‑facing skills
  • High degree of technical knowledge and commitment to achieving high quality and accurate work
Software Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential)
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications

  • Technically minded with a proactive approach to construction challenges
  • Passionate about the delivery and technical execution of design concepts
  • Enjoys a process‑driven, detail‑focused role
