A global brand is seeking an interim Oracle HCM Cloud Lead to work remotely. This is a contract role with a daily pay range of £500–£600 outside IR35.

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the global design, implementation, enhancements, and optimisation of Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation. This role partners with HR, IT, and Compensation teams to deliver integrated, compliant solutions that leverage AI and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workforce Compensation, hands‑on experience with Core HR, and exposure to other Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
