Overview

Panoramic Associates are working with a well-regarded care provider who are seeking an experienced Interim Turnaround Support Manager to lead urgent improvements within a care home in the West Midlands. This critical role will focus on driving compliance, stabilising operations, and preparing the service for a successful CQC inspection.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas of concern, conduct a thorough audit, and develop targeted improvement plans
• Lead on CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality assurance
• Support and coach the Registered Manager and team
• Engage with staff, residents, families, and external professionals
• Monitor progress and report regularly to senior stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record in turnaround roles within adult social care
• Deep understanding of CQC frameworks and regulatory expectations
• Strong leadership and change management skills
• Able to work autonomously and deliver results under pressure
