Hertfordshire Council is seeking an experienced Tribunal Officer to deliver complex SEND Tribunal casework. This role focuses on managing appeals relating to the identification and assessment of children and young people (0-25) with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and the production, review and maintenance of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). You will lead on Tribunal hearings, provide high-level casework support, and coordinate robust multi-agency responses to defend the Local Authority\'s position at SEND Tribunal.
