Based in Birmingham my client is seeking a commercially minded Interim Procurement Finance Analyst to join the Finance team and work closely with Procurement and Finance Business Partner team.

My client based in Birmingham is a UK-based production company that has a portfolio of well-known brands that are sold not only in the UK but across Europe.

As Interim Procurement Finance Analyst reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner you will:

  • Deliver end-to-end procurement reporting (PPV, inventory, supplier spend, monthly bridges)

  • Provide clear analysis and actionable insights to support decision-making

  • Prepare periodic statutory submissions (HMRC, EPR, Scope 3 emissions)

  • Prepare month-end journal entries for procurement areas of the P&L

  • Review actual input costs and investigate discrepancies

  • Prepare summary cost reviews for senior finance stakeholders

  • Load and schedule monthly costs in the system

  • Complete stock and depletion reconciliations

The most desirable Interim Procurement Finance Analyst application will:

  • Be available at short notice
  • Have strong analytical and reporting skills from partnering with procurement

  • Experienced in finance, management accounting, or procurement finance (highly desirable)

  • Have the confidence of working with large data sets and finance systems

  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and Procurement

Attractive annual salary or day rate

4 days on-site in Birmingham & 1 day remote working
