We are partnering with a fast-growing Bristol-based business seeking an ambitious Management Accountant to join on an immediately available interim basis, with a strong view to a permanent role.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant (c.1–2 years PQE) who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident working with large, complex datasets to deliver meaningful insight and robust financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing monthly management accounts and supporting analysis
• Working with large volumes of data to provide accurate and timely insight
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow processes
• Partnering across the business to provide commercial finance support
• Driving improvements in reporting, systems, and processes

The successful candidate will

• Be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), ideally 1–2 years post-qualified
• Have strong technical accounting skills and excellent attention to detail
• Be confident handling and interpreting large datasets (advanced Excel / ERP exposure)
• Be immediately available or on short notice, with appetite to move into a permanent role
