Job Description
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for :
  • Strategically partnering with the business to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and improved performance
  • To lead the HR activity and deliver the people aspects of the site's strategic plans.
  • Work with Corporate HR to ensure HR processes are effectively delivered in line with global timelines and protocols.
  • To provide a first-class support service across the full HR remit for the Operations and Supply Chain teams on site whilst liaising with the wider People Team.
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Supporting managers in performance management procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim HR Business Partner should have :
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience working within a unionised environment
What's on Offer

Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Chippenham. Full time - 6-months, interviews will be held next week via Teams, January start date. Salary : £55k - £60k
