Knight Frank is looking to hire an Interim Head of Marketing to join their Head Office in Baker Street. This is an exciting opportunity offered on a 12‑18 Month Fixed Term Contract. We are looking for an Interim Head of UK Marketing who combines strategic clarity with hands‑on delivery to lead with confidence, accelerate cultural change, embed AI‑driven marketing capabilities, and deliver tangible commercial impact. This is a critical leadership role over the next 12‑18 months, working alongside the UK Board and sub‑divisional heads. You will lead the newly shaped UK marketing structure across Brand & Programmes, UK Go‑to‑Market (GTM), and Enablement, ensuring the team delivers against strategic priorities with creativity, discipline, and commercial impact. You’ll also work in close partnership with Client Services, Research and Communications, as well as agency and international counterparts to create one unified go‑to‑market voice. You will sit on the global marketing board, representing the UK region, a board that brings together our regional marketing and communications leads to ensure we’re client‑centric, collaborative, efficient, and building a brand that drives long‑term business growth.
