Employee Relations Manager - 9 month FTC

London – 5 days a week in office

Salary: 110,000 – 130,000 plus completion bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex and high-risk employee relations matters across the organisation, supporting employees primarily located in the UK and Ireland.
• Act as the internal subject-matter expert for employee relations, with support from external counsel when required.
• Provide a high-touch HR service and facilitate resolution of ER cases to protect the business and its employees.

• Experienced ER Specialist with significant experience within Financial Services.
• Previous experience working with both UK and Irish employment law.
