Job summary

A local construction business is looking for an Interim Finance Director to support their operations for 1-2 days per week. The ideal candidate should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with prior experience in a similar role. Initially, this contract is expected to last around 3 months but may lead to a longer-term position. Key responsibilities include managing financial accounting, audit preparation, and collaborating closely with the senior leadership team amidst a period of change.

Interim FD - Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA - Northampton - 1-2 days per week, 500/day

Our client, a local construction business are seeking an Interim Finance Director to support them through a period of change for 1 - 2 days per week. Initially this role is thought to be for around 3 months but for the right candidate there is the potential for a longer-term permanent role.

• Management and Financial Accounting
• Preparing information for Audit
• Liaising with bank and HMRC
• Strategy support and working closely with the SLT
• Other ad hoc finance projects

It is essential that you are ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified, have held a similar role previously and that you are available to start at short notice.

Construction experience is desirable.
