Job summary

A fast-growing international hospitality group is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join on an interim basis. This role involves partnering with operations teams, supporting financial planning and analysis, and providing insights for improved profitability. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with experience in hospitality and advanced Excel skills. The position offers a day rate of £400-425 for a duration of 4-6 months, located in London with some travel.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in hospitality, real estate, hotels, or multi-site businesses is advantageous.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Partner with regional operations teams to deliver insight and analysis on property-level performance.
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes across multiple sites.
  • Provide variance analysis, commentary, and turnaround action plans to drive profitability.
  • Benchmark internal and external data to identify areas for cost improvement and investment.
  • Build strong working relationships with commercial and operational stakeholders.
  • Support decision modelling for capital investments and operational initiatives.

Finance Business Partner (Contract)
Day Rate: £400-425 per day

A fast-growing international hospitality group is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join on an interim basis. The business operates across the UK and Europe with a large portfolio of hotels and serviced accommodation. Backed by private equity and continuing to expand, the finance team is focused on driving performance, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional operations teams to deliver insight and analysis on property-level performance.
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes across multiple sites.
  • Provide variance analysis, commentary, and turnaround action plans to drive profitability.
  • Benchmark internal and external data to identify areas for cost improvement and investment.
  • Build strong working relationships with commercial and operational stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Support decision modelling for capital investments and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven background in hospitality, real estate, hotels, or multi-site businesses is advantageous.
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel / modelling skills; experience with BI and ERP systems advantageous.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
