Job summary

A leading media company is seeking an Interim Data Privacy Specialist for a three-month assignment starting January 2026. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of in-house experience and a strong understanding of UK GDPR and privacy risk assessments. This role is hybrid, located in London, and involves managing DPIAs, supporting privacy operations, and drafting data protection agreements. Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ in-house experience as a Data Privacy Specialist / Advisor.
• Hands-on experience with DPIAs, TIAs, privacy notices, DSARs, and data mapping.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and delivering DPIAs, TIAs, LIAs, and wider privacy risk assessments.
• Supporting business as usual privacy operations, including data breach management.
• Drafting and reviewing data protection clauses and agreements.
