Role: Business Change Manager

Rate: £650 - £750 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Large Public Sector Organisation

Location: Hybrid and in Brighton

An Interim Business Change Manager, to join a major public sector organisation at a pivotal moment of business‑critical transformation. This is a high‑impact role where you'll lead people‑centred change that delivers lasting value, not just short‑term fixes.

You will shape and drive enterprise‑wide transformation; cutting complexity, defining clear actionable steps, and ensuring new systems and ways of working are fully adopted.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading enterprise‑wide change portfolios.
  • A blend of Public Sector and Private Sector experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management ability, organisational alignment, and people & culture transformation.
  • Hands‑on delivery of change planning, training, and communications.
  • Change methodology expertise.
