A children's activities organization is seeking enthusiastic instructors for the Holiday, Activities and Food programme in Spalding. This role involves leading activities for children aged 5-16, ensuring their safety and supervision at all times. The ideal candidate is flexible, with the ability to work as part of a supportive team promoting an inclusive environment. Responsibilities include delivering scheduled activities like team games and creative projects. A PDF role description will be provided upon joining.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work within a supportive growing team across Lincolnshire during the school holiday periods, supporting our Holiday, Activities and Food programme, funded by the Department of Education.
An instructor would be responsible for assisting and leading activities to children ages 5 - 16 years old. Activities follow a modular daily plan provided in advance of the holiday programme start date, each activity will follow any of the following pillars of activity:
Working days are based off of team availability and can be flexible, we typically operate a 4-day working week from 4-5 hours per day*
