Nicholas Howard are delighted to be recruiting for a new position as an Instructional Designer.

3 days per week initially with option to increase and can be hybrid with 2-3 days in the office.

Our client is a leading global provider of business information services, delivering trusted intelligence for professionals in law, tax, accounting, compliance, government, and media.

Our client is looking for a forward-thinking learning professionalto join their team in a visible and strategic role supporting ourPartner Training Program. This role focuses on designing and developing curriculum and digital training content for our external business partners in theCorporate Tax, Trade, Legal, and Risksegments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and develop engaging, self-paced eLearning content and certification exams
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and curriculum mapping to align with business goals
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into effective learning solutions
  • Create graphically rich, interactive training materials using modern design tools
  • Evaluate existing materials and update content to meet evolving learning objectives
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to all training content
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

What You Will Bring:

  • BS or MAin Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experiencein instructional design, ideally with a focus on corporate sales or software product training
  • Expertise inArticulate Storyline and Rise,Camtasia,Vyond,Adobe Creative Suite,WellSaid Labs, and other eLearning authoring tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to design dynamic, visually engaging, and instructionally sound learning content
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset
