Opportunity

The Fisher Investments Institutional Group (FIIG) serves a global client base of diverse investors, including governments, pension funds, foundations, endowments, insurance and financial institutions, and healthcare organizations. As an Institutional Client Operations Specialist, you will develop expertise in Institutional asset management and work closely with Senior Management, Research, Investment Operations, Finance and Legal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the point of contact for Institutional client requests, ensuring the best service possible.
  • Manage large cash flows and coordinate complex reporting requirements for clients.
  • Onboard new accounts using appropriate processes and procedures.
  • Maintain Institutional fund vehicles by coordinating with custodians, internal teams and global regulatory bodies.
  • Create, develop, document and implement workflows and process improvements to serve the needs of international Institutional investors.
  • Understand and document non‑standard operational issues typical of accounts trading in international markets and directed brokerage.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2‑3 years professional experience in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with securities, financial markets and Institutional account types.
  • Experience with customer/client service and project management, ability to adjust workload based on priority.
  • Professional, responsible, accountable, detail‑oriented and motivated.
