What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN and additional learning needs.
  • Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
  • Act as a role model promoting teamwork, resilience, and positive behaviour.
  • Work closely with teachers to implement tailored support plans.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with children in education or transferable settings (school, youth groups, sports, mentor, clubs).
  • Experience with SEN highly desirable (personal, life experience, and work-related).
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach to behaviour management.
  • A current DBS or willingness to obtain one.
