Inside Sales Specialist - Diabetes/Insulin Delivery - Home Based

Our client is a leading international company dedicated to bringing innovative products to improve the lives of patients with Diabetes.

They have world-class capabilities in Insulin delivery/CGM and have very ambitious plans for the next few years and are looking for highly motivated, performance driven individuals to be a part of their expanding Inside Sales team.

The Inside Sales Specialist role is responsible for the progression of customers from awareness to successfully starting on their unique insulin delivery system. This position requires a high degree of consumer interaction and communication to ensure the customer experience is positive, professional and optimally reflects their goal to exceed customer expectations.

It is a sales role that provides an exceptional opportunity to grow and develop your medical device sales career.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers who have expressed an interest in the system generated via marketing programs.
  • Following up of customer requests, including making appropriate outbound calls, email communications as required and according to patient consent.
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of how products are used including the benefits of the product, answer customer's inquiries and competitive comparisons.
  • Interact with new customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of product.
  • Support existing customers to ensure retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to feedback customer insights and help support a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with the ability to demonstrate strong sales results and accomplishments (from a customer service or sales role), business acumen, proven ability to learn complex technical material and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to work effectively and professionally in a key cross-functional role with internal and external stakeholders.

Full training on knowledge of Diabetes and Insulin Pumps will be provided.
