Are you both ambitious and goal getter? Are you persuasive and determined?

We are looking for someone to join our Sales Team to be responsible for keeping the sales process moving forward – flagging deals for follow-up and identifying opportunities with new and existing customers.

You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with them to identify opportunities, connect with relevant contacts as well as arrange meetings for the International Business Developer (IBD) to pitch our added value to their business with our services and products to these customers.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the information held in our CRM system is accurate, so that correct contact information is maintained at all times whilst contacting the relevant people to establish a connection and opportunity to promote our added value to their business with our services and products.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone & who can send professional and appropriate emails to prospects when applicable.

You will also learn about our products to be able to discuss them competently with new prospects, existing customers and incoming leads when handling enquiries or queries.

What are your main duties?

Develop target accounts:

Research organization's who would benefit from our services & products based on our knowledge of the UK market.

Prospecting new business via telephone.

Keep regular contact with our existing customers to ensure all needs are met & upsell.

Contact lapsed customers to re-ignite the relationship with Peleman.

Follow up on enquiries in a timely manner to ensure no opportunities are missed.

Create opportunities for the IBD to meet with target accounts.

Use email to keep opportunities warm when the deal isn’t active.

Make sure no contacts go too long without hearing from them.

Help spot opportunities within target accounts.

Ensure any incoming leads are contacted to arrange a meeting.

What is your profile?

Professional and appropriate email communication showing an understanding of who you are contacting and how they may respond.

Required computer skills to work with Outlook and our CRM system (a database that stores and manages all customer information).

Experience working to targets, displaying the motivation and drive to succeed.
