Innovation Manager - Digital Assets, Capital Markets, Market Monitoring, Technology Trends– Financial Services – Permanent – £130,000 - £150,000 Base

My client, a Pan-European exchange are looking for an Innovation Manager, with a particular focus on digital assets, to come in and join their team on a permanent basis in their offices in London (or Paris).

This is an important role which will involve continuous market monitoring to study capital market shifts, regulatory changes, and technology trends. You will work across the business to identify, evaluate and bring to the table new cross-business organic growth opportunities. You will lead innovation projects from their inception stage to integration, while providing strategic recommendations to the executive board for investment decisions moving forwards. With the focus being on digital assets now, this will expand with time in to new markets and cross business line opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have :

• 5-10 years of experience in market analysis, innovation, or a closely related strategic role.
• Deep knowledge of capital markets and emerging technology trends.
• Digital Asset experience
• A genuine drive to actively attend conventions, expos, and industry events to continuously develop expertise on emerging areas like digital assets and other future-defining trends.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
