• Fully skilled, time served toolmaker.
• Able to use all toolroom machinery and hand tools.
• Familiar with injection moulding processes.
• Able to work to tight tolerances.
• Close attention to detail and able to work under own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture high quality injection mould tooling with high accuracy.
• Competently use manual milling machines, grinders, and lathe equipment.
• Build, fit, assemble, and polish tooling and dies.
• Work to engineering drawings and tight tolerances.
• Use CMM to check tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
