Job description

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to support our client’s ongoing projects and ensure compliance with The Network and Information Systems Regulations 2018. Around 60% of this role will focus on creating accurate technical documentation for server builds, with the remainder spent on 3rd line support and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

- Create and maintain NIS-compliant server/infrastructure documentation.

- Work with team to validate technical details.

- Support Windows 11 upgrade, TeamViewer Tensor, Zscaler ZPA, and server upgrades.

- Resolve 3rd line issues from 1st/2nd line.

- Assist with MFA implementation and apply cyber security best practice.

- Experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.

- Strong technical documentation skills.

- Windows 11 and Windows Server expertise.

- Knowledge of NIS regulations and cyber security.
