Graduate IT / Network Support Engineer

Leeds (Hybrid)

£25,000 – £30,000 plus shift allowance

24/7 Shift Rota

What you’ll be doing

• Providing first-line and network support to a wide range of clients.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues and escalating complex cases where needed.
• Working on a 24/7 shift rota.
• Supporting clients both remotely and on-site.
