Job description

Hours of work: Up to 37 hours per week Monday - Friday. Part-time roles considered.

Location: AUKCW Coventry Office, 7 Warwick Row, Coventry, CV1 1EX. Primarily in person, with hybrid option once trained.

Salary: £27,885.64 (FTE based on 37 hours per week).

About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Benefits Adviser within our friendly I&A Team.

You will be one of 3 advisers providing a wide range of information and advice services (primarily by phone) including:

• Welfare benefits entitlement and support with claims.
• Housing options.
• Help and support available at home, including aids and adaptions.
• Rights to Social Services and care options.
• Information on wills, power of attorney and money matters.
