A local charity organization in Coventry is looking for a Benefits Adviser to join their friendly I&A Team. This role involves providing information on welfare benefits entitlement, assisting with claims, and supporting housing options. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, as full training will be provided. This position offers up to 37 hours per week with the option for part-time work.
Hours of work: Up to 37 hours per week Monday - Friday. Part-time roles considered.
Location: AUKCW Coventry Office, 7 Warwick Row, Coventry, CV1 1EX. Primarily in person, with hybrid option once trained.
Salary: £27,885.64 (FTE based on 37 hours per week).
