Job Title: Infor M3 Senior Finance Consultant

Location: Home-based with travel to client sites or Columbus offices as required

Salary: Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package)

Bonus: Yes

Holiday: 25 Days, Plus Bank Holidays (Increasing with Service)

Hours: Full time (36.5 hpw)

Travel/Expenses: A car is required for travel to client sites - expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus Office within 35mi)

The role of Infor M3 Senior Finance Consultant (COM)

As a Senior Business Consultant specialising in Customer Order Management (COM), you'll play a key role in delivering transformative Infor M3 projects focused on optimising the way businesses manage orders, pricing, invoicing, and order-to-cash processes.

You will work with UK and international clients to design, implement, and enhance their customer order workflows, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with business objectives. Your expertise in COM will directly influence customer satisfaction, cash flow, and operational efficiency.

Travel and Hybrid Working

We offer flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work from home or at one of our luxury Cubo offices around the UK. Onsite consultancy time is planned ahead of time, within 2-week blocks, with the possibility of onsite work and overnight stays depending on project needs. We encourage team members to visit the office at least once a month for team and client meetings, but working remotely from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo office is also an option.

About You (The Essentials)

• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle for Infor M3 ERP implementations in Customer Order Management, covering order entry and processing, pricing and discounts, delivery and shipment management, invoicing, and AR integration.
• Experience as a client-facing consultant within a partner environment
• Understanding of end-to-end business process flows across finance
• Ability to configure, test, and deliver robust M3 solutions aligned to business requirements
• Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• Curious, eager to challenge the status quo and improve
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external colleagues
• Committed to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor in your field
