This business has an impressive portfolio of market-leading brands we all use on a daily basis! Known for their innovative products, bold branding, and influencer-driven strategy, they've quickly become one of the most talked-about names across TikTok and social media. After an incredible year of growth, the business is now expanding their team and hiring for an Influencer Marketing Manager. You'll be responsible for building strong creator partnerships, delivering high-performing campaigns, and turning cultural relevance into measurable business impact. You will inherit existing Influencer relationships with a range of well-known sports professionals and celebrities as well as building new relationships.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands creator ecosystems, and knows how to balance creativity with data‑driven decision making.

What you'll be doing as an Influencer Marketing Manager:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and deliver end‑to‑end influencer campaigns, from briefing and contracting through to execution and reporting
• Negotiate fees, contracts, and usage rights with creators and agencies
• Collaborate closely with social, brand, PR, and performance teams to ensure integrated campaigns
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activity
• Stay on top of influencer trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to keep campaigns fresh and relevant
• Ensure all activity complies with advertising regulations and brand guidelines

What you will have as an Influencer Marketing Manager:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems
