The University's Student Services team are seeking an Induction and Transition Manager. The Induction and Transition Manager provides operational oversight for the University's arrival, welcome, induction and transition activity across all sites and student intakes throughout the year. This includes responsibility for the planning, organisation, delivery and evaluation of major University events including Pre-Arrival, Arrivals Weekend and Welcome Weeks, ensuring that all activity is high quality, inclusive and aligned with institutional priorities for student engagement, retention, and success.
You’ll bring strong organisation skills, creative problem solving and a collaborative approach to managing complex, multi-site events. With experience in event delivery, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and the delivery of an excellent student experience.
This post is a full time, fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The role is hybrid, based between home working and a busy shared office. The role holder will be eligible for the University's flex time scheme and a range of employee benefits.
